Coffee Chats
Greetings,
With the Coffee Chats we invite you to the IrisBG User Conference in a mini-format: We are hosting a monthly virtual Coffee Chat to provide our community a way to connect without having to travel.
What?
Once a month, starting July 2021, we will host a video meeting where the IrisBG community can meet, have an informal chat and share experiences, tips and tricks. Do you have something you want to discuss with your peers on a meeting? Get in touch with Mari.
When?
Tuesday July 13th at CEST 5 pm | UTC 15 pm will be the first Coffee Chat.
We know this may be summer vacation time for some, but hope that you others would like to join us.
How?
Edit: Via a Zoom. We will confirm your registration and send you a link to our meeting.
We are looking forward to see you – coffee is not mandatory!
Kind regards,
Øyvind Rustan and Mari Rustan

For all members of the IrisBG community
Everyone who is a member of the IrisBG community is welcome to the Coffee Chats – if you work or volunteer for a garden/institution with an active subscription you are automatically a member of the IrisBG community.
We can make exceptions, just get in touch if you are interested!
Upcoming Coffee Chats
- Tuesday July 13th at CEST 5 pm
- Tuesday August 10th at CEST 5 pm
- Tuesday September 14th at CEST 5 pm
The meetings are scheduled for 45 minutes if nothing else is communicated.
We will start out with every second Tuesday in the month at 3 pm UTC, but feel free to suggest a time and/or date. Since we have a community in many different time zones, we may have meetings to accommodate that.
The forum is another place where you can get the community's advice on how to go about an issue. If you have no problems you need solving today, perhaps you can help a fellow IrisBG user with your own best how to's? Sign in and follow topic to stay updated.

- How do you work with your volunteers?
