Update: Order packing slips template

We have corrected an error for the report template, Ord03 - Order packing slips.

This error caused each order item to be printed on individual pages.

Correct the error in your database

The updated report template is attached. Adding it to your database will correct this error. 

1. Download the document, OrderSlip.doc., that is attached to this article (scroll down to the end).

2. Go to IrisBG > Definitions > Custom template

3. In the Custom template screen, click the green plus sign icon .

4. Next, click the small black plus sign.

5. Select and open the template file from your computer. 

6. Click Save.
