In the Personnel screen you can add and manage personnel related to your collection or institution. Once personnel have been added, the persons belonging to the personnel can be found in the User account screen. Then, they can be given access to the system by creating an User account for them.
Note: Both the Initials and Logon user fields must be unique.
This is how you add Personnel
- In the Authorization group click on the Personnel screen.
- Click Clear/New if data is present in the right part of the screen.
- In Properties (the right part of the screen) fill in all the fields you would like to register. Just the Initials and Last name are mandatory.
Note: It is not possible to change Initials after registration.
- Click Save when done.
Try it yourself
We want to register our new volunteer Valerie. In order to do so, just follow all the steps above, that's it!
